Refund policy

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:

In general:
  • return your item in the original packaging
  • submit your return within 30 days after receiving your package
  • only return the wrong/faulty item, if our customer care team asks you to
  • do not remove any labels or tags
  • return your items in the same condition you received them; unworn, unused, unwashed

In order to avoid any delays with your return, please follow the easy steps below:

  1. Print out your prepaid shipping label and packing slip.
  2. Add your packing slip INSIDE the parcel.
  3. Affix the prepaid shipping label OUTSIDE the parcel.
  4.  schedule a pickup for your parcel with the carrier (only available in the UAE).
  5. Keep your return postage receipt and your tracking number until your return has been processed.

These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all the steps.

How to Start a Return
Email us at Casalunae5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7_10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us at Casalunae5@gmail.com if the issue isn't resolved.
